PILE FOUNDATION WORKS
Foundations provide support to the structure, transfers the loads from the structure to the soil. Pile foundation, is actually a slender column or long cylinder made of materials such as concrete or steel which are used to support the structure and transfer the load at desired depth either by end bearing or skin friction. There are different types of Piling such as Under Reamed Piling, DMC Piling, Sand Piling, and Drilling Pilling.

SOIL TESTING
Soil test wing of M-Foundation is managed by a panel of experts familiar with local terrain, the composition and depth of the bearing layer for foundation development. Most pile foundations locally encounter deposits in the soil and also, since pile capacities are based on soil parameter, it is essential as a first step to obtain full information on the type, size, length and capacity of piles.
LOAD TESTING
Static pile load testing is one of the most common methods for testing the actual in-situ capacity of a pile. Pile load test provides information on ultimate bearing capacity but not settlement behavior.Piling works by inserting large amounts of wood, steel or concrete into the soil of the ground. The test pile is loaded using a calibrated hydraulic jack that applies the test load to the pile by pushing against a beam placed directly over the test pile..
